Kuwait 17 October 2018: As part of the Gulf Bank AJYAL program, which is in its fourth edition, the top five achievers from the six-month staff training program earned the opportunity to travel to Frankfurt and attend an intensive Financial Modeling course at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

The Frankfurt School of Finance and Management is a top 50-ranked globally renowned Business school that focuses on delivering high caliber business training and research, and over the years has graduated over 100,000 students across its programs.

During their international experience, the AJYAL 4 trainee-staff had the opportunity to interact with colleagues from the global financial industry by attending the course titled, Leading with Impact. The program exposed the participants to the challenges and risks faced by the banking landscape and displayed best practices on how to overcome such obstacles by incorporating scientific learning to their work.

Over the past four years, the AJYAL program has graduated over 60 staff covering a gamut of educational and professional backgrounds. Upon completing the program, employees go on to develop rewarding careers at the Bank in areas as diverse as Risk, Corporate Banking, Investments, Treasury, and Human Resources to name a few. What makes this program unique is the design and objective of developing holistic bankers that will deliver exceptional performance for the bank.
